I recently went through the process of purchasing a home and Ressie held my hand and walked me through the entire process. She worked tirelessly to get me exactly the home I wanted. From the beginning, she provided me details on her background and work experience, and she guided me to a home mortgage company who also worked tirelessly to get my application processed completed and me in my new home in less 45 days from beginning to end. We began the process of looking for a home in late February. We looked at several before making our final decision. Once the decision was made on the house we wanted, Ressie stepped into action and made everything happen. She negotiated with the seller's realtor and saved us so much money in closing costs. I first met Ressie 8 years ago (2005). I previously had 2 Realtors who were not responsive or seemed competent. I was looking to purchase my first home. After my first meeting with Ressie, I was very impressed. We met for over 2 hours where I asked tons of questions and she explained the process of buying a home. She also referred me to first time home owner programs that had great incentives. It took almost a year for me to find the perfect home and Ressie and throughout the process, she was patient and stressed the importance in not rushing when making such an important purchase. Eight years later, the market tanked and I needed to short-sale my home. Ressie, was extremely knowledgeable about the process and for several months stayed on top of the bank which is necessary when going through the process. Ressie was recommened to me through a friend who had already used her services. From the start Ressie was professional and knew her real estate! We met at a cafe and she brought her laptop and a binder for me to educate me about the buying process. I felt like I was going to real estate school! But I respected her for this.

She didn't want us to settle for just any house, she wanted us to find the right house for our needs. And in the end we sure did!

Ressie will listen to what your needs are and won't waste your time taking you to houses that don't match your needs. Another thing that I love about Ressie is that she doesn't try and upsell you by taking you to houses that are way out of your price range - she definitely respects your financial limits and wants you to find a house that you can afford.
